 May I bring a camera? May I record part of the performance?

The La Roche Concert Council prohibit the use of flash photography and professional cameras.  Audio and/or video recording is not permitted at anytime. 

 

 

What am I allowed to bring into the venue?

 

 

Bag Policy: Soft single bags, no larger than 12”x6”x12” are allowed into the Fitness Center. No outside food or drink. No re-entry.

There will be concessions at the Hawk’s Nest before and during the show. There are also many great restaurants in the area, that will be accessible before the show.

 What does General Admission mean?

 

 

General Admission means that you are guaranteed admission to the event. It is standing room only and it is first come, first serve. 

There will be no re-entry once you enter the Fitness Center

 

 

 I ordered my tickets in advance and asked them to be mailed. When will they arrive?

 

 

Tickets will be mailed out until 2 weeks before the show

 

 

 I was told my tickets will be at Will Call at the box office. How do I pick them up?

 

Will Call is available when the Box Office opens at the venue.   Box Office opens when the doors open.  You must present a valid photo I.D. in order to pick up tickets. All Will Call tickets must be in the name of the ticket purchaser or recipient.  This is for our guests’ protection. Without proper identification, you may not claim your tickets.

 

 

 Do you have seating for people with disabilities?

 

 

Yes. Please contact us in advance order accessible seating tickets so we may arrange for any necessary assistance.

 

 

 What time can I arrive for the event?

 

 

Doors open at 7 pm and the show starts at 8 pm. 

 

 

 What if I can't make it to the event?

 

 

Tickets are non-refundable

 

 

 Why are there added fees on tickets?

 

 

There are various fees that you may see when you order tickets.  Ticketing service provider fees, (Showclix) allow them to provide you with the most modern and convenient ticketing options possible.  The convenience fees cover overhead such as credit card expenses, internet service expenses, ticketing system expenses, staffing, postage, etc.
